D'yann Crosby
Founder and Executive Director
D’yann Crosby is the Founder and Executive Director of Sign with Me, Incorporated. Nominated Who’s Who in Black Los Angeles Inaugural 2008 edition, Ms. Crosby is a well-respected educator, sign language interpreter and sign performer. She has spent more than 10 years developing and implementing the company wide initiatives building and maintaining positive relationships with key organizations and facilitating a series of classes, workshops and performances for various formal and informal settings. Ms. Crosby is also responsible for the design and copyright of the SWM ASL Prep Curriculum, which she taught in the California Charter Schools for five years. Ms. Crosby holds a B.A in Communications from University of Southern California, B.A. in Deaf Studies from California State University Northridge, a Masters in Organizational Management and a Masters in Education with Secondary Teaching Credential in English from University of Phoenix.

Vic'Toria Crockett

Vic’Toria Crockett plays major role in assisting with the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives. A formidable athlete, Ms. Crockett represents the USA Deaf National Team, and USA Deaf Basketball with the Arizona Black Widows over the last ten years where she earned gold medals and played many championships. Ms. Crockett has worked extensively in administration serving as Personal Assistant to various CEO’s. Larry Dorsey

Larry Dorsey is an award-winning Realtor and Residential Specialist in Los Angeles and Southern California's South Bay. Former Director of Los Angeles County Probation Department, Mr. Dorsey served as Board of Directors for Dreamyard, LA and Street Poets, Inc., and California Literacy, Inc. Mr. Dorsey actively serves as Director of Christian Education and Executive Secretary of the Board of Directors of Los Angeles' Church of Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith. He is also Owner and Chief Travel Consultant with Ultimate Global Travel. Mr. Dorsey attended UCLA as an undergraduate and completed graduate studies in Management at California State College Dominguez Hills. Regina Bryant
Board Member
Regina Bryant is employed with the Los Angeles Unified School District and has served as an educator for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for over twenty years. Her past experience includes working at a residential school for the deaf, working with deaf/blind, and severely multi-handicapped hearing impaired students. Ms. Bryant received her educational training from various institutions of higher learning which includes Savannah State College (B.A. - Elementary Education), the University of Georgia (M.A. - Communication Handicap/Deaf Studies), Gallaudet University, Smith College (Clarke School for Hearing and Speech), and Pepperdine University (M.A. - Education Administration). Ms. Bryant is a former President of CAL-ED (California Educators of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing) and is dedicated to the pursuit of educational excellence for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.Email Regina Bryant
Rev Cassandra Clark

Since 1997, Reverend Cassandra Clark has served as an African Methodist Episcopal Licensed Ordained Itinerant Elder (Elect), Seminarian (Masters in Divinity) at the First A.M.E. (FAME) Church in Los Angeles.
Rev. Clark brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise from a variety of industries including, accounting, theatre, performance and fine arts, medical, legal, education, government, and interpreting. Rev. Clark’s certifications include El Camino College Interpreter Training Program, EMT-IA; L.A. Mayor’s Office (First Responder), and Lamaze Instructor (St. Anne’s Home for Unwed Mothers). Rev. Ernie Epps
Board Member
Ernie Epps is a thirty-five year veteran educator teaching Deaf secondary students at Marlton School in Los Angeles Unified School District. He has served thirty-one years as the advanced instructor of ASL at Manual Arts and Crenshaw High Adult Schools. Mr. Epps, a native of Kentucky, was born deaf and attended Kentucky School for the Deaf where he graduated valedictorian and continued his education at Gallaudet University. He is an inductee into the Hall of Fame at both the Kentucky School and Gallaudet University. Mr. Epps credentials in Education include a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Math and a Special Education Specialist Credential for the Deaf from California State University at Northridge.
