SWM Advocacy Scholarship

Sign with Me, Incorporated (SWM) proudly presents a scholarship opportunity for graduating seniors of Lawndale High School who have displayed a strong commitment to American Sign Language (ASL). This scholarship aims to provide educational support to individuals who have completed a minimum of three (3) years of ASL coursework and exhibit a genuine passion for furthering their studies in ASL.
Applicants should also demonstrate a genuine interest in promoting equal communication access for individuals who are d/Deaf and hard of hearing within their future professional fields. Candidates must have a commendable academic record, maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA.

In 2021, Sign with Me, Incorporated (SWM) introduced a scholarship program designed to offer educational assistance to graduating seniors who are d/Deaf and are preparing to enter college, university, or trade school. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, reflecting their dedication to academic excellence.
